These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CREFINO ("we", "us") about your use of CreMind and our other apps and websites. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Your account
You must give correct information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, and old enough in your country to agree to these Terms.
2. What we provide
CreMind is an AI workspace for creators. It includes AI tools for text, images, voice, music and video, studios for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and a marketplace and gig hubs where users deal with each other. Features, limits and prices can change as the product grows.
3. Free use, plans and credits
- Some features have a free test allowance. Other features need a paid plan or credits.
- The price, plan and credits are shown before you pay.
- Credits and plans are for your own use and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash unless the app says so.
- We may limit or stop free use that looks like abuse, including making many accounts to get free allowances.
4. Payments
Payments are made inside the app with the methods it offers. Manual methods, such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer, are checked by our team before your plan or credits are activated; we aim to do this within a few minutes. Send accurate payment proof. If a payment cannot be verified, it will not be activated. For refund questions, contact us through the Support section in the app and we will review each case fairly.
5. AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes and can produce content that is inaccurate or similar to other content. Please check results before you rely on or publish them. You are responsible for how you use the content you create, and for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload. You keep the rights you have in your own prompts and uploads, and you give us permission to process them to run the service for you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or use the service for fraud, scams or harassment;
- create or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or hate, or misleads people with fake identities or voices without their consent;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- try to hack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass its limits;
- use the service to build a competing AI service by scraping or bulk copying its results.
7. Marketplace and gigs
In the marketplace and gig hubs, buyers and sellers make agreements with each other; CREFINO provides the platform, handles the payment flow and takes a platform fee that is shown before you buy or sell. Sellers are responsible for their listings and for delivering what they promise. Earnings are added to your wallet after an order is completed, and withdrawals are reviewed by our team. We may remove listings, hold payouts or close accounts that break these Terms or look fraudulent.
8. Ads
Some free features can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. Ads come from third-party partners and are covered by their own policies.
9. Updates and availability
We may update the app, add or remove features, and change how updates are delivered. We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or put other users or the service at risk.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, CREFINO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, for content created by AI or by other users, or for dealings between users. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make an important change we will update the date above and, where possible, tell you in the app. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
